Creating the Static Templates guided me to make general layout decisions, and gave me some experience using a jQuery plugin called BXSLider for the hero image slideshow.

BXSlider was eventually replaced by a non-hardcoded, Dashboard accessible, WordPress plug-in called Huge IT Slider.

Writing for the Web

While taking this WordPress course, I also took a course called 'Writing for the Web.'

To help with SEO, I included a section with SEO rich keywords in the form of a text description about the company.
