Audience, Issues, Approach
The first step in this project was to determine the primary audience that will use this site.
After an exploratory meeting with my client, we determined a few potential user types.
Based on these user types, I made three personas:
- Adrian the Artist
- Clarence the Clergy Member
- Chris from the Community
These personas helped me to explore potential issues each of these users might have.
Anticipating user issues helped me to determine some approaches to fulfill our users' expectations and task-oriented goals.
